I posted this on Instagram last night (@ladystace) and got a great response. I truly believe Happiness is a choice and what you put out in the world whether positive or negative will come back to you. I am making a conscience choice to emit positivity and find the positive in the world.
They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit and 90 days to establish an addiction.
Who wouldn't want to be addicted to happiness?
I really would like to try new things for the remainder of the summer and if I like it continue to do it - in order to form a positive habit.
Some things I have decided to try are:
along with my new fitness regimen, I am going to try the shake weight. I don't want any flabby arms in my wedding dress.
I am going to start taking Yoga classes.
I am going to read new books purely. I'm going to try a book a week.
