Happiness is a choice...


I posted this on Instagram last night (@ladystace) and got a great response.  I truly believe Happiness is a choice and what you put out in the world whether positive or negative will come back to you.  I am making a conscience choice to emit positivity and find the positive in the world.  

They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit and 90 days to establish an addiction.  
Who wouldn't want to be addicted to happiness?

I really would like to try new things for the remainder of the summer and if I like it continue to do it - in order to form a positive habit.

Some things I have decided to try are:


along with my new fitness regimen, I am going to try the shake weight.  I don't want any flabby arms in my wedding dress.

I am going to start taking Yoga classes.

I am going to read new books purely.  I'm going to try a book a week.



Any suggestions???  Would you like to join me on this Positivity Challenge??

  2. You know what, I'm going to get in on this challenge too! I'm not sure if you're into African American Sci-Fi but a really great book I just read is called "Kindred" by Octavia Butler. I couldn't put the book down.
