No time for breakfast...try this!!!

I make smoothies every weekday morning before work.  I purchased a to-go blender which makes this a lot easier.   They are quick and nutritious.  Plus they are much better than the typical bagel and coffee & they will save you money in the long run!

Here are some recipes for my favorite smoothies.  Please feel free to comment with your faves!!!

Strawberry Blueberry Mango Smoothie 
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup ice 

Reece's Pieces Smoothie
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 scoop plain protein powder of your choice
