I've been drinking smoothies and making better eating choices to not only become a healthier person but lets face it to get WEDDING DRESS READY!!! This day will be not stop photographs that will last a lifetime and I want to look my best for my honey and myself!!!
I have been frequenting the gym every other day committing to at least two hours. I now understand how people can say the gym is addictive. Once you start making better choices you no longer crave or desire the things you once ate.
I refuse to starve/deprive myself because MODERATION is key!!!
